Please sign your email with the name you've used when purchasing your license. That way your question will be processed with a higher priority.

Trial users can get support only during the evaluation period.

If you report a problem, please include the following information into your letter:

Program version (available in About dialog box);

OS version, including updates and service packs installed and your OS language;

Your mail will be processed immediately.
